We recommend using 7-Zip. It supports integration in the context menu and has support of a numerous formats (ARJ, CAB, CHM, CPIO, DEB, HFS, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MSI, NSIS, RAR, RPM, UDF, WIM, XAR and ZIP). Its compression rate is higher than that of Winrar.
You can also use a 7-ZIP Theme Manager, which allows you to change the look of the program.
